Detroit & University of Michigan Sports

I’ve been a lifelong fan of Detroit sports and University of Michigan athletics. Whether it’s cheering on the Lions every Sunday or following Michigan football and basketball through each season, I enjoy the energy, tradition, and resilience these teams represent. Supporting them isn’t just about the wins—it’s about the pride, history, and connection to my roots.

The Beach

There’s nothing quite like the beach; in particular Long Beach Island (LBI), NJ—it’s a place where time slows down, the waves create a soothing rhythm, and the fresh ocean breeze clears the mind. Whether it’s soaking up the sun, taking a long walk along the shoreline, or simply watching the waves roll in, the beach is the perfect escape. It’s a place to recharge, reflect, and enjoy the simple beauty of nature.

Fostering and Adopting Dogs

My family has been involved with several organization, The Boston Terrier Rescue League, the Short Nose Only Rescue Team (SNORT), Society Of Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (SPCA). We have adopted three dogs (Bubba, Macy, and Frannie), fostered several others, and conducted home visits for families wishing to adopt a dog.
