About Gregory Ladd

Thank you for visiting my website. I built this website myself, from scratch (no templates), and of course using an assist from AI, though AI only helps so much. Rest assured, this did require a bit of brain-power and know-how, as well as a few days. Also, feel free to ask the AI chatbot questions about myself, bottom right of each page. It will answer questions/queries like, "Summarize Greg's resume", or "What is Greg's favorite activity", all of this using AI, not preprogramed responses.

Now a little bit about myself, I am a versatile problem-solver, life-long learner, and Navy and Army veteran with over 20 years in public and military service, focused on process improvement, performance management, and data-driven decision-making. I build cost-effective systems utilizing tools like Excel, Access, Power BI, and SQL—turning complex data into clear, actionable information. I've led data quality, automation, compliance, and policy initiatives that streamline reporting and save time & money. I'm known for my positive attitude, adaptability, and my strong balance of technical skills and business acumen, as well as my commitment to public service.

Currently, I am working on a Power BI certification, as well as Python and AI training.
