CISA: Built out data models (Conceptual, Logical, and Physical) for a new Requirements Office and rapidly implemented a SharePoint-based system using SharePoint Lists, Power BI, and Teams.
CISA/CBP: Developed enterprise-wide policies (leave and parking), consolidating and standardizing existing DHS and OPM policies.
CBP: Built an in-house parking management system handling 400 spaces across six locations, waitlists, contracts, payments, and taxes, saving over $160K in staffing and hundreds of thousands in development costs.
ASM Research: Developed a system that queried SQL Server and auto-generated reports, presentations, and documents using MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
